After being forced out of NAPW by his son R. Joseph Winchell III, "Wahoo" kept quiet. While he was gone, ownership of the company was transferred from Joey to Rex Caliber, who promptly went mad with power. Caliber lost ownership of NAPW to casino magnate Frank Shapiro in a high-stakes poker game. In August 2007, "Wahoo" and a team of investors bought NAPW from Shapiro Casinos. "Wahoo" returned to his behind-the-scenes role, installing Terry Brandon as full-time NAPW commissioner.
Terry Brandon Brandon returned during Rex Caliber's tenure as owner, acting as commissioner with Caliber was absent. He clearly favored any Crimes member in his decisions. Donovan Astros turned the tables on the crafty Brandon, however, blackmailing his way into an NAPW title match. In Cage of Death, Brandon unexplainedly turned against The Crimes, preventing them from winning the match. It was later revealed that Terry Brandon had all along been Ravager's unseen confidant, and one of "Wahoo" Bobby Winchell's men. With Caliber ousted as owner and "Wahoo" back in, Terry started a legitimate run as NAPW commissioner. It has thus far been a smooth and refreshingly uneventful run, but knowing Brandon, trouble is just around the corner. Nearly a year later, Brandon has done nothing but take his job seriously!

RefereesDick KiebiechPOSITION: Head Referee NOTES: Zebra! The HEAD Zebra! Kiebiech has been doing this a long time - he even refereed a good portion of the classic Terry Brandon/Jack Jones tag matches back in the day. As such, he's wise to the heels, poised and confident in his position as the head official in the NAPW.

The Story of Joey Malone!R. Joseph Winchell IIIPOSITION: NAPW Commissioner/Owner NOTES: The son of the legenday "Wahoo" Bobby Winchell, Joseph was blessed/cursed with a case of reverse nepotism. His father, desiring that his son would pay his dues and 'earn his stripes' as a professional wrestler, gave Joseph the gimmick of the "Bad Boy" Joey Malone, NAPW's premier enhancement talent. As Malone, Joseph seemed content losing matches on the undercard when he wasn't trying to be best friends with The New & Improved D-X. All seemed well... Except for Joseph's simmering resentment towards his father. Joseph began to plot and scheme. He took on a secret identity as "The Man In Black," a character who haunted The Delivery Men for months. His chicanery came to a head with the REVELATION (that he was Winchell's son) and subsquent hostile takeover of NAPW (with the financial backing of the Charitable Trust.) Joseph's goal: To give a fair shake to the NAPW his father "held down". Joseph intends to run NAPW "100x better than dad ever could." However, his reign has been met with frustration. Winchell's hatred of fan-favorite Rex Caliber has set many wrestlers against his way of doing business; and to Joseph's irritation, Rex Caliber refuses to quit NAPW. The Delivery Men, D! and shockingly The New & Improved D-X are the most vocal critics/opponents of Joseph's ways. Joseph's allies include Ravager, Lloyd Rees, Static, Sexy Adorable Drunks, Evan Cartwright & Longshot among others. To Joseph's credit, he has raised NAPW's profile substantially and has been the man-in-charge for some of NAPW's most successful cards. His feud and firing of Rex Caliber notwithstanding, Joseph has seemed sincere in his desire to "run NAPW better than Wahoo. This unfortunately changed when "The Man In Black" reappeared, interfering AGAINST Winchell's favorites in various high-profile matches. Eventually, Winchell began to accuse Tommy Deathrow & Krusty Kid Paul. From Anniversary Assault to Black Thursday II the stakes mounted ever greater, until Joseph booked a match for BTII: Himself vs "The Man In Black." In that match, Winchell stacked the odds in his favor (enlisting Kenny Krenshov as a partner and making newly-evil Wayne Wright the special ref) until... nine other Men In Black arrived on the scene. The original Man In Black revealed himself to be Tommy Deathrow and pinned Winchell. The nine other MIB revealed themselves as Krusty Kid Paul, North T. Gunderson, The New & Improved D-X, "Sick" Billy Kryenik, "The Nexus One" Rex Caliber, Dextro and in a cameo appearance The Dudes. The shock of seeing so many Men In Black resulted in Winchell being admitted to the psych ward, until he mysteriously disappeared over the christmas holidays... Upon his return, Joseph Winchell went berserk. He did everything in his power to ruin the lives and careers of his hated enemies The New & Improved D-X, Ravager. When Mr. Canada returned to NAPW, Joseph truly lost his marbles. In the end it was a mask vs career match at Cold Snap. Mr. Canada defeated Joey, taking control of NAPW once and for all... and then unmasking as Rex Caliber.
Rex, ever the good guy (until he lost his mind at least), then gave Joseph his old job back. "Bad Boy" Joey Malone lives again! Even better, he finally won NAPW gold: The "Bad Boy" is the reigning "Extreme Jobber" champion! WHOOOOO!
